TY-812 bun machine is designed to make stuffed buns and round shape bun only, equipped with filling extruding mechanism and encrusting machine to produce meat bun, red bean bun, small steamed pork bun(xiaolongbao), curry meat bun, vegetarian Pleurotus bun, sesame bun, Shou Tao(bun with bean pasted filling),pork cube with bamboo shoot bun...etc.
How to make stuffed bun :
-Firstly, you should have dough sheet roller machine to prepare well rolled dough sheet.
-Put the well mixed filling in the hopper of filling extruding mechanism.
-Put the well rolled dough sheet on TY-812, dough sheet goes through a set of pressing roller to get ideal width and thickness(can be adjustable).
-The filling extruding on the dough sheet and rolled up by a roller device.
-The dough roll with filling to be buns by encrusting machine with ideal weight(can be adjustable)
