TY-5000 is an intermediary equipment located in the latter section of the food production process, it arranges the trays onto the trolley and then transfers the trolleys to the next stage of the process (such as “heating” on baking oven/steamers or freezing on I.Q.F), which replaces the manual process that used to be applied traditionally at this stage of the process.
1. A large number of trays be placed on the hand-trolley, and then directly fed to the tray Supplying Machine, saved manual handling and tray replenishment action.
2. After the products are placed, the trays automatically enter the Tray Input Trolley in sequence, reduced picking and tray loading operations.
3. Pre-loaded multiple empty trolleys automatically moving forward in sequence when it is full-loaded, which saved time for manual work on the entire line.
4. Batch/mass production line only needs 1~2 people to complete.
It is installed in the later stage of the food manufacturing process after the forming output. The formed food products be sent to the trolley through the (manual/automatic) aligning mechanism. After the trolley is automatically fully-loaded, the batches trolleys then move/transfer to the next stage of the process (such as baking oven/steamers or I.Q.F). The system replaces the manual process that used to be applied traditionally at this stage of the process, which saved the overall production line operation time.
The system operation process is as follows:
