To process quantitatively-cut dough into fixed sized wrapper by heating and pressing at the same time.
TY-755 Roast Duck Wrapper Making Machine processes dough into fixed-sized wrappers by the following steps;
1. Output quantitatively-cut dough on hot pressing conveyor by Pneumatic Cutter Type Filling System
2. Heating the pressed plat (both upper & bottom) and pressing the dough at the same time to make fixed-size wrappers (plat temperature, pressing duration, pressing pressure /distance is adjustable, Maximum temperature reached to 250℃.)
3. Output finished wrappers after it gone through Flip & Cooling conveyor, stacking devices (stacking quantity can be set-up)
The machine is made of food grade material, stainless steel, aluminum alloy (processed) and complied with food safety and sanitation regulation. It is customizable, for example adding an oven for further baking process after flatten wrapper is formed.
